Work!

Yesterday was my first day at work after 4 weeks relaxing and enjoying Sydney.

So far so good, I was awake nice and early, made it in and found my desk without any problems. Everyone is really nice and I have managed to locate all the essentials, fridge, coffee, bathroom, coffee, microwave and coffee.

It’s been pretty much in a the deep end with a couple of projects already coming across my desk that need some digital loving. Doing my best to add value but there is so much to learn that its going to take me a while to get fully up to speed. None the less I am super happy and looking forward to work every morning.

Now we just have to get Min employed because the $5 a week pocket money I’m giving her has already been spent 7/8 months in advance!!

The wheels!

The Lancer has arrived :)

Picked it up on Monday but had to pop back to the dealer on Tuesday because the software on the in dash computer hadn't been installed, but it has now so have some photo's ready to share.

Before I do though, let me just tell you how good it feels to own a brand new car! She's my baby now and I'll take good care of her, maybe even washing her once a quarter or something, I haven't quite decided yet...joke!

I ended up getting the Lancer in 'solid white' mainly because with the chrome grill and accents it looks fricking awesome!

Meeting Ashley

It was Jean's birthday yesterday. So James and I went over to see her and also to meet Ashley for the first time. She's adorable. She was tired so was agitated but she was a good baby and even gave me some smiles. James held her too.

Then Christian woke up from his nap. He was shy at first (as he has been always) and then cheered up. He is full of giggles and he really laughs. He is also so full of energy. Jean has her days cut out looking after him as well as a new baby!
